Notes:
Massive stars at the core of this nebula emit strong radiation and ignite the surrounding hydrogen and oxygen gas. The cloud of ionized hydrogen and oxygen resembles a footprint.  NGC 1491 is the bright HII region of this nebula and measures 6' x 9' in size.  The nebula itself is over 1 square degree.

Telescope: FSQ 106N; 530mm at f/5
Camera: ZWO ASI294mm Pro. With Antlia 3nm Narrowband and RGB filters. 2x2 binned
Mount: AP 1100 GTO CP3
Exposure times: Ha: 15 x 15 min (3.75  hrs), OIII: 10 x 15 min (2.5 hrs); SII: 8 x 15 (2 hrs); RGB 12 x 5 min (60 min) each. Imaged over 2 nights.
Exposure time total: 11.25 hrs
