    IC443 is a supernova remnant thought to 
	be the remains of a star that exploded around 30,000 years ago.  This wide-field image captures the Monkeyhead 
	emission nebula (NGC2174) to the right,  the small sharples Ha emission nebula, and the open cluster M35.  |
