Distance: 35 million light years
   

Notes:
NGC3628 along with M65 and M66 forms the Leo Triplet, a small cluster of three galaxies.  A broad band of translucent dust can be observed along the outer edges of the spiral arms obscuring some of NGC3628 from our view.
